But you don’t have to start with yogurt, you can begin with a base of healthy ingredients on the bottom and then add the yogurt. This helps the yogurt absorb the sweetness of the fruit or honey from the bottom.
Moore recommends the upside-down method if you are not planning to eat the bowl right away. She said, “When taking the bowl on the go, I take advantage of frozen fruit. I add frozen fruit to the bottom of the bowl, then top with yogurt. As the fruit defrosts you get a juicy, fruit-on-the bottom effect.”
